Every case includes our audio AI model, trained specifically on vehicle sounds. Upload a recording of the noise and it identifies failure patterns: engine knock, brake squeal, transmission whine. Before they show up on a scanner. Included at every plan tier.

Questions

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my vehicle limit?

New cases for vehicles over the limit are blocked until you upgrade or archive a vehicle. Active cases on existing vehicles are never interrupted.

Do cases roll over month to month?

No, unused cases expire at the end of each billing period. Overage cases are billed on the next invoice.

Can multiple people use the same account?

Multi-user team management is coming soon. For now, the account owner manages all vehicles and cases.

How do live calls work?

Request a live video call from any case page. An available Pitts mechanic accepts and you connect directly in the browser, no app downloads needed. Additional calls beyond your monthly allotment are billed at your plan's overage rate.
